Job Description:
Caregivers help clients with everyday activities, from domestic tasks to completing errands. Other essential duties and responsibilities of the Caregiver include:
- Serving as a companion to clients
- Assist with house chores including laundry.
- Transporting clients to and from appointments, errands and activities
- Managing medication as well as medication reminders.
- Preparing meals and shopping for groceries or other essentials
- Providing care responsibilities such as ADLs, bathing, transfer, personal hygiene, locomotion, etc.
Schedule:
Shift: 3pm – 9pm

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum one year of experience providing care
- Must have a high school diploma.
- Minimum of two professional references
- Proof of HHA, or Caregiver experience
- Must be trustworthy and dependable
- PA criminal background check
- Copy of FBI clearance, if applicable
- Child abuse clearance
- Medical clearance
- Copy of a 2 step TB screening within the last six (6) months or a chest x-ray within the last year
- PA valid State driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle / transportation
