MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum one year of experience providing care
• Minimum of two professional references
• Must be trustworthy and dependable
• PA criminal background check
• Copy of FBI clearance, if applicable
• Child abuse clearance
• Medical clearance
• Copy of a 2 step TB screening within the last six (6) months or a chest x-ray within the last year
• PA valid State driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle / transportation
